Senior java/kotlin engineer – Brussels (Fulltime)

What you'll do:
You'll be part of an agile team with developers (frontend & backend), DevOps, a Product Owner, UX designer, and Scrum Master. Together, you’ll:

• Build and integrate new features using services like Chargebee, Stripe, Auth0, and Adyen

• Improve and scale our architecture

• Take part in team discussions and contribute to decisions

• Handle everything from design to deployment

What you bring:
✔ Strong backend skills (Kotlin or Java with a willingness to switch to Kotlin)
✔ Familiarity with Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWS (e.g. ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, IAM...)
✔ Interest in frontend (Node, TypeScript, JavaScript) is a plus
✔ Experience with or interest in event-driven systems, DDD, SOLID, clean code principles
✔ A curious, quality-focused mindset and a love for asking "why?"
✔ Agile team player with a growth mindset
