Contractor's Daily Rate: The agreed daily rate is set based on the candidate's expertise, experience, and market standards.
Mark-Up Percentage: A predetermined percentage is added to the contractor’s daily rate. This mark-up accounts for Fusit’s services, including sourcing, vetting, technical assessments, reference checks, contract negotiations, and aftercare.
Final Rate for the Employer: The contractor’s daily rate plus the mark-up percentage results in the total daily rate billed to the employer.
At Fusit, we also offer a Try-and-Hire option for businesses seeking flexibility and assurance in their hiring process. Here’s how it works:
The consultant begins their engagement as a contractor, allowing the employer to evaluate their skills, performance, and cultural fit over a predetermined trial period.
After the trial period, the employer has the option to hire the consultant on a permanent basis.
A conversion fee is applied, which can be calculated as a percentage of the consultant’s annual salary or as a predetermined fixed fee, offering transparency and flexibility to suit the employer’s preferences.
